Most of my readers know about my coffee addiction. (Yes, I know about it. First step is admitting it, right?) One of the downfalls of my love of coffee is that it stains your teeth horribly. I have tried whiten my teeth in the past, but have had a lot of issues with keeping up with it. I mostly get frustrated because I have to wait thirty minutes while my teeth dry. You just put it on after brushing your teeth and go. Also, it is right at the end of the brush as a constant reminder to whiten your teeth. I find myself doing it more often, and it is so easy to do it every time you brush. After only a few days, I noticed a brighter, whiter smile. All in all, it is a good tool to help you get whiter teeth.
