Review on Special K™ Coffee House Breakfast Shakes & Free Kellogg's Family Rewards

Happy Saturday everyone! 

  I received this campaign a couple of weeks ago for the Special K™ Coffee House Breakfast Shakes. I received two amazing flavors to sample in complementary from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. I received Chocolate Mocha and Vanilla Cappuccino. Both were really good, and I do like the taste. I was surprised to find that I liked the Vanilla Cappuccino a lot better than the Chocolate Mocha. There are several things I love about these shakes. First off, it is a great way to start your morning. I have to get out of bed at four in the morning, and sometimes just drinking coffee before heading out the door is all I can manage to do. It is a good way to do that, but still being healthy conscious. They are less than 200 calories and have a 10g serving of protein. They are also good source of vitamins. One shake carries about 1/3rd of the daily value of key vitamins and minerals often lacking in our daily diet. Also doesn't hurt that it has similar amount of caffeine than a cup of coffee, so I get my much needed boost in the morning. I definitely recommend that if you have not tried it, to definitely pick some up. Especially if you liked their other Special K shakes.
